Returns and complaints

1. The basis of the complaint is the proof of purchase of the goods and a correctly completed complaint form available for download below or obtainable by contacting the seller be a field sales representative.
2. The product warranty period depends on the type of product and is described in the table below and is valid from the date of issue of the commercial document by TOPTEL.PL Wołkowicz Sp.k.
   
3. Shipping costs of the advertised goods are covered by the buyer.
4. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
5. The advertised goods that are still in circulation will be replaced with the same, if the goods are no longer available for sale, a satisfactory solution offered to you.
6. Please advertise original accessories at authorized service points of individual brands.
7. Complaints are not subject to:
   - products mechanically damaged due to unskilled operation.
   - products flooded with water or other liquids that could lead to loss of device efficiency.
   - naturally wearing items
8. Incorrectly ordered goods, eg problems resulting from the color of the item, are not subject to complaints.
9. The advertised goods should be accompanied by a detailed description of the defect.
10. In the absence of the required documents, the complaint will not be considered.
