PAYMENT METHODS
In order to provide convenient and flexible cooperation terms, we offer several payment options tailored to the needs of our Business Partners. Payment conditions are determined individually based on cooperation history, turnover volume, and arrangements with the assigned sales representative.
- Deferred Payment Terms – available for regular customers upon prior agreement with the sales department.
- Prepayment – payment made before personal collection or shipment of goods; the standard method for first-time orders.
- Cash on Delivery (Sales Representative) – payment made directly to the sales representative upon delivery of goods (only in Cracow, Poland).
- Cash on Personal Collection – payment settled at our warehouse during order pickup.
- Cash on Delivery (Courier Service) – payment made upon receipt of the courier shipment.
The available payment method primarily depends on the length and course of previous cooperation.
